The condo consists of a one story, first floor, end unit, with two bedrooms, two full baths, fully furnished and air conditioned !!
It’s located at the fourth tee on the Sun ‘n’ Lake Golf Course, and has a breakfast room, galley kitchen, dining area, living room and three furnished lanai (enclosed patios), two of which face the golf course.
It’s fully equipped for you to enjoy from the moment you arrive, including, a dvd player and stereo system, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and all new linens, towels, pots, pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, kitchenware, dishes, silverware, glassware, and a hairdryer in each bathroom.
The private heated pool located just a few steps outside of our front lanai is a great place to relax with a glass of iced tea and a good book !!!! Or you can swim, play golf or tennis, take a long walk, bike ride, sightsee all the great places in the area, or have a picnic on the island at the lake !!
The lounge and the Candlelight Restaurant at the Country Club are great places to relax at day’s end – or just sit out in your own lanai and watch the sun set over the beautiful green grass of the golf course ! Sound like fun?
